At Rapidoes, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. If there is an issue with your delivery, our return policy is designed to offer a smooth resolution.
For damaged or incorrect deliveries, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the item and, where applicable, schedule a re-delivery at no additional cost.
Returns due to change of mind or cancellation after dispatch are subject to a return fee. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Refunds or credits for such returns will exclude shipping costs and the return fee.
Custom orders or items requiring special handling are generally non-returnable unless there is damage or an error on our part.
Please note that returns are processed upon receipt of the returned item at our facility. Refunds or credits are typically issued within 7 business days.
